Requirements
Noreaster had been called to site as walk in freezer was not running, after heavy investigation it was found the compressor and several motors where down, it was suggested due to the age and condition of the cold room freezer it did not make economic sense to repair and was condemned. Therefore, Noreaster had recommended that this unit needed to be taken down and replaced with a new one. Subway where in desperate need of a freezer so it was imperative that they had this running asap.
Solution
Noreaster ordered a new cold room and Monoblock unit , during the transition of waiting for the new room and Monoblock to be delivered Noreaster had organised some temporary external cold room storage for Subway, so they were able to continue with the running of their shop.
It was imperative to turn this install around as soon as possible as the cold room storage was another overhead for subway. Therefore, Noreaster set out to complete the install in a one day turn around.
Noreaster efficiently organised the room and Monoblock to be delivered first thing in the morning as two engineers deconstructed and decommissioned the old cold room unit and reconstructed the new one , fitting the monoblack and sealing the unit with silicone.
