Due to new management Wyke Green golf club they have decided to refurbish their existing clubhouse, therefore they have decided to implement a new swing studio for the members. However, after the refurbishment members and members of staff have identified that the room during the summer months gets very warm and also lacks radiators for the winter months. Therefore, it was highlighted that installing air conditioning in the swing studio will be essential.

Solution

Noreaster ordered a 7kw Fujitsu air conditioning unit evaporator and condenser. Noreaster used two days to install and commission the whole unit. The first day Noreaster mounted the units on the outside wall and inside wall, ran the pipe from the unit to the condenser and installed the drain line. The unit was also strength and leaked tested, vacuumed, and he valves open ready for commissioning. The second day was used to run the power from the units to the isolator and wired the isolator into the fuse board. Once all the power was on the machine was put on test.
